Membership Eligibility

  • You must be a resident of the United States, Canada or Mexico.

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You must have a job/or be self-employed.

  • You must pay the refundable $200 for your minimum membership interest (equity) of the cooperative.

  • You can join or exit anytime.

Membership Benefits

A cooperative is owned by all members. Your Membership fee is $200. The $200 is for your minimum membership interests/equity. You can buy as many membership interests as you want but the minimum holding is $200, i.e, ten (10) units.

Social Insurance

You will be automatically enrolled in our social insurance. Our social insurance will help raise money in case of covered social events which are bereavement (family). We will help you raise money from fellow members.

No Credit Check for all loans

All loans are without credit check. You may be required to present two other members as sureties.

Exposure of your business to other members

Make new customers from members.

A meeting place for Investors and Investments

Pitch your business ideas or ongoing ventures to interested investors.

Business Capital

The Cooperative will provide funding to member s' businesses.

Opportunities for Joint Ownership

You automatically become a join owner of the cooperative and whatever entity/business the cooperative decides to acquire or invest in.

Downpayment Assistance for Home Owneship structured as a gift

We will assist members with downpayment so that they don't carry Premium Mortgage Insurance (PMI).

Foreclosure Redemption

We will help members facing foreclosure to get their homes back.

  • Investment towards your business and ideas.

  • Financial, business, family and investment education seminars and workshops.

  • Various seminars and worksops to help you succeed.

A member can leave at any time. However, we need a month's notice to process your ecomomic interests and the disbursement to you.

Commitment of Members

  • Pay your membership fee of $200 for your equity in the cooperative. A membership unit costs $20. This will give you the minimum stock requirement of 10 units.

  • Attend all meetings and speak your mind.

  • Police the organization for fraud, abuse and waste.

  • Buy at least one stock every month. This is not mandatory, but it is encouraged.

  • Pay off your obligations as and when due.

  • Participate in votes.

  • You can be a board member too. Nominate someone or yourself .

  • Do not join others to cause division or trouble for the cooperative.
