Back to the Old Tradition - You can have zero Mortgage

In my village where I grew up before migrating to the United States. Communalism was the way by which major individual projects were undertaken. Please do not confuse this with Communism, though the ideas are close.

To illustrate this, If Mr Thomas had a big farm to prepare for the new planting season, he would invite all his friends and family. As a matter of fact, he would invite all members of his community. They would come on a particular day. There would be jisting, talking, disagreeing and agreeing while clearing and plowing the farm. He would entertain them with lots of food and drinks. By the time they all leave, the whole land is cleared, plowed and ready for planting. He might call them back for the planting as well, if the land is too big. That way, he paid little or nothing for labor, except for their robust bellies and calming their appetites.

Tomorrow might be Bryan’s turn. The whole community would go and do the same.

This idea is not limited to farming alone. They use this communal labor to build individual houses, community church or market and individual farm structures/businesses. These folks do not owed a dime on their dwelling places. Their homes were fully paid for because they used communal labor to build them. When it is your turm to build your house, we all come together and get it done. When it is my turn, everyone heeds the call and the house is built in a few days.

For us today, we can leverage this same principle and get the same results. Why should you pay a mortgage for 30 years? This is the greatest insanity I see in America.

Together we can pay off our mortgages at the lowest rate within 5 years. Do you know that your interest is more than your principal payment? Just take a look at your mortgage statement. The interest is more than the principal. The worst is that the escrow is also more than the principal. The Mortgage insurance on the house can reduce the payment for about 5 years. That is the reason it is compelling to engage in communal labor and financial synergy to get out of debt. The jews use this to build their communities and businesses.
